SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy sets forth the terms and conditions under which textile products sold by UDAO are prepared, shipped, and delivered to individual customers via the website www.udaodesign.com.
1. SCOPE
This policy applies to all orders placed by consumers (individual customers), excluding all business-to-business (B2B) sales.
2. DELIVERY AREAS
Deliveries are available:
in mainland France,
within the European Union,
internationally, subject to customs and logistical constraints.
3. DELIVERY METHODS
Orders are delivered via the following carriers:
Colissimo (home delivery),
Mondial Relay (pickup at a pickup point).
The delivery method is selected at the time of ordering.
4. FREE STANDARD DELIVERY
Free standard delivery is available under the following conditions:
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 6 business days
Area: Metropolitan France
Carriers: Colissimo or Mondial Relay
5. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
Estimation and Adjustment of Processing Times
The Seller reserves the right to adjust processing times, particularly in the following cases:
peak periods (collection launches, sales, promotional campaigns),
seasonal peaks or exceptional events,
logistical or supply constraints beyond its control,
security checks or verifications necessary for the proper fulfillment of the order.
In such cases, the customer will be notified as soon as possible of any significant extension of the processing time.
International Orders
For international orders, the customer acknowledges that:
processing may require additional formalities (shipping documents, customs declarations),
these formalities may, in exceptional cases, result in a reasonable extension of the processing time, for which the Seller shall not be held liable.
Multiple or Special Orders
In the case of orders comprising multiple items, or items subject to specific constraints (limited quantities, pre-orders, special editions), the Seller reserves the right to:
make a single shipment,
or make separate shipments, at no additional cost to the customer.
Limitation of Liability Regarding Processing
A reasonable delay beyond the stated processing time shall not constitute a breach of contract provided that:
the maximum legal delivery time is met,
the customer has been informed in a transparent manner,
the delay results from legitimate circumstances.
Quality Commitment
The Seller undertakes to use all reasonable means to meet the announced deadlines, with a focus on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring the integrity and compliance of the shipped products.
6.INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES
International delivery times vary depending on:
the destination country,
the selected carrier,
local customs procedures.
The delivery times indicated at the time of ordering are estimates and provided for informational purposes only.
In accordance with Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, delivery will be made no later than 30 days from the date the order is confirmed, unless otherwise clearly communicated to the customer.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs applicable outside mainland France are displayed before the order is confirmed.
8. CUSTOMS AND TAXES
Any customs duties and taxes outside the EU are the sole responsibility of the customer.
9. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information.
The Seller shall not be held liable for a failed delivery due to an input error.
10. TRANSFER OF RISK
The transfer of risk occurs upon physical delivery of the package to the customer, in accordance with Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order in question and cannot be invoked in cases of force majeure or events attributable to the carrier or the customer.
